InMinite is a logistics-powered app helping vendors manage deliveries, errands, and product sales while coordinating efficiently with riders. However, the original admin dashboard suffered from cluttered navigation, missing metrics, and user frustration. I was brought in to redesign the dashboard for better usability, data clarity, and admin efficiency.

Redesigned the dashboard with a cleaner layout, grouped navigation by task categories (Vendors, Riders, Errands, etc.), surfaced high-level metrics on the overview screen, and introduced real-time tracking for deliveries and errands. The focus was on clarity, intuitive structure, and actionable data.
